Cancellation Policy

Golden Thread Tuina Course Policies Thank you for joining a Golden Thread Tuina course. These policies help us run a safe, focused, and professional learning environment for everyone. Please read them before class and reach out with any questions. Arrival & Punctuality Please arrive 10 minutes before the listed start time so we can begin promptly. Daily Schedule Each class day includes a one-hour lunch and two short breaks. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the class start time receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the start time are non-refundable, except in cases of illness or emergency. If you need to cancel, please reach out as early as possible. What to Wear Light, flexible clothing that allows a full range of movement. What to Bring • Water bottle • Snacks • Notebook Recording Always ask permission before recording any portion of class. Recording is not always permitted, and permission may be declined depending on the material and the participants present. Photography & Media Photos and video may be taken during class for promotional and media purposes (marketing, social media, course materials, and similar uses). If you’d prefer not to appear in any media, please be in touch before class and we’ll make sure you’re not included. Participation & Right to Decline You may decline any technique you’re not comfortable giving or receiving. If you have any concerns about participating in part of the course — as practitioner or client — please be in touch before class so we can find the best path forward. You can also opt out in the moment during class. Health Disclosure Courses involve hands-on practice in which you participate as both practitioner and client. Please disclose any major health issues or concerns that may affect your ability to give or receive bodywork so we can support your safe participation. Professional Conduct Treat everyone in the room — instructors, fellow participants, and staff — with respect and professionalism. Scent Sensitivity Out of consideration for sensitive populations, please avoid heavy perfumes or fragrances.
